常规经支气管镜针吸液涂片及包埋对中央气道周围病变的诊断价值

目的探讨常规经支气管镜针吸活检术(C-TBNA)针吸液涂片及包埋对中央气道周围病变中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2011年1月-2017年3月因中央气道周围病变行C-TBNA检查的患者,将获取的标本进行涂片及包埋处理,统计其阳性率。结果恶性肿瘤共56例。其中,C-TBNA确诊52例,诊断阳性率为92.86%;良性病变21例,C-TBNA确诊9例,诊断阳性率为42.86%。使用C-TBNA针吸液涂片及包埋在中央型气道周围病变诊断中的总阳性率为79.22%。结论使用C-TBNA进行针吸液涂片和包埋技术对中央气道周围病变诊断阳性率高,并发症少。

Evaluation of conventional TBNA needle aspiration smear andembedding in the diagnosis of central airway peripheral lesions

Objective To evaluate the yield of conventional transbronchial needle aspiration (C-TBNA) in thediagnosis of patients with central airway peripheral lesions. Methods This was a retrospective study, 77 patientswith central airway peripheral lesions were enrolled from January 2011 to March 2017. Specimens were smeared and/or embedded. Results The positive diagnostic value for malignant lesions were 92.86% (52/56), and 42.86%(9/21)for benign lesions. The average value was 79.22% (61/77). Conclusions C-TBNA had high positive rate of diagnosisand less complications for cent ral airway peripheral lesions.
