| 摘 要： | 目的探讨激光联合大隐静脉高位结扎治疗下肢静脉曲张的护理方法。方法对激光联合大隐静脉高位结扎治疗60例下肢静脉曲张患者,进行术前、术后护理和健康教育。结果患肢活动自如,无下肢静脉血栓等并发症发生。结论激光联合大隐静脉高位结扎治疗下肢静脉曲张具有操作简便、术后恢复快、手术疤痕小、住院时间短、不易复发等明显的优越性,做好术前、术后的护理工作是保证手术顺利的关键。 |
