儿童感染性骨筋膜室综合症的诊治体会

目的总结感染性骨筋膜室综合征早期诊断和治疗的方法,以提高对骨筋膜室综合征的诊治水平。方法对我院收治的7例感染性骨筋膜室综合征患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果手术治疗6例,随访6月-1年,患肢功能完全恢复,治愈率为85.7%;截肢1例。结论对有明显感染征象的患儿,一旦出现典型的骨筋膜间室综合征表现,及时行各筋膜间室充分切开减压是决定疗效的关键。

Diagnosis and therapy of septic osteoascial compartment syndrome of children
