| 经食道双平面超声心动图的临床应用 | |

| 摘 要： | 用经食道双平面超声心动图检查５４例患者，全部均能顺利插入食道探头，无严重并发症发生。结果表明对诊断左心耳血栓、房间隔、左侧心瓣膜及胸主动脉病变经食道超声心动图（ＴＥＥ）明显优于经胸壁超声心动图（ＴＴＥ）。 |

| Abstract: | esults of 54 consecutive patients examined by biplanar transesophagealechocardiography(TEE)were compared with transthoracic echocardiographic(TTE)re-sults.In all cases insertion was easy and no serious complications were encountered.It is con-cluded that TEE is superior to TTE in the diagnosis of the left atral appendage thrombus andin detecting the abnormality of atral septum,mitral and aortic native and prosthetic valvesand thoracic aorta. |
