| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清炎症因子和心肌肌钙蛋白检测的临床意义。方法选择住院的冠心病患者117例据临床资料分为ACS组[共62例,ST段抬高的心肌梗死(STEMI)18例、非ST段抬高的心肌梗死(NSTEMI)20例和不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)24例]和稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组55例,测定各组患者血清炎症因子(IL-6、sICAM-1、MMP-9、CRP)和心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnT)水平,并进行比较。结果 ACS组血清炎症因子和cTnT显著高于SAP组(P<0.01),STEMI组血清炎症因子和cTnT显著高于NSTEMI组(P<0.05),NSTEMI组血清炎症因子和cTnT显著高于UAP组(P<0.05),ACS组及SAP组血清炎症因子与cTnT正相关。结论通过测定循环血液中的炎症因子与cTnT来判定ACS患者病情严重程度和预后。
