个体化护理干预对初产妇分娩过程的影响

目的：探讨个体化护理干预对初产妇分娩过程的影响。方法：对102例初产妇随机分组,对照组和观察组各51例,对照组在宫口开大2cm后送入待产室由轮班助产士给予常规的分娩知识教育、常规的产程观察等。观察组给予针对性分娩知识教育,从产妇入院至产程结束,亲属陪产,助产士一对一对整个产程进行护理干预支持。结果：观察组SAS低、产时VAS评分少、剖宫产率低、产后出血率少、产程短,新生儿Apgar评分高、窒息发生少、满意度高,两组差异有统计学意义。结论：多方面护理干预可提高初产妇阴道分娩率,减少产后出血量和新生儿窒息,最大限度地保证母婴安全。

The effect of the nursing intervention on primipara in labor

Objective：To explore the effect of the nursing intervention on primipara in labor.Methods：Devided 102 primiparas into experimental group and control group,and each had 51 primiparas.In control group,when the dilatation of cervix came up to 2 cm,we sent the primipara to labor room where a midwives to teach the conventional knowledge of parturition to the primipara and offer labor observation.In experimental group,each primipara was given parturition education and one-to-one birth supports by midwives and relatives from the admittance to the end of the labor.Results：The following data on primiparas were both decreased in experimental group,including SAS,total stage of labour,the grade of VAS in labor,the rate of cesarean section and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage,and newborns＇ grade of apgar was higher while fewer asphyxia happen.In general,the different was significant.Conclusion：The nursing intervention in many ways can improve the rate of spontaneous vaginal birth,decrease the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and newborns＇ asphyxia,and ensure the safety of mothers and children.
