| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨养老院老年人抑郁状态与日常生活能力的关系。方法：采用整群抽样的方法抽取宁波市4所养老院的老人438名,采用流行病学调查中心用抑郁自评量表（CES-D10）和日常生活能力量表（ADL）调查养老院老年人,分析其抑郁状态与日常生活能力的关系。结果：CES-D10值与ADL中的PADL和IADL均有显著相关。结论：日常生活能力对老年人的抑郁状态有显著影响。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the relationship between the depressive state and ADL function of the elderly in nursing home.Methods：438 eldlys in 4 nursing homes of Ningbo city were sampled by cluster sampling and were assessed by ADL and CES-D10 questionnaire for the relationship between their depression and ADL function.Results：There were significant differences in CES-D10 scores.Conclusion：The ADL function significantly influence the eldlys＇ depressive state. |
