| 摘 要： | 目的 分析73株大肠埃希菌整合子分布特征及与耐药性关系.方法 采用聚合酶链反应（PCR）方法检测整合酶基因（intI）;采用微量稀释法测定21种抗生素的敏感性;采用纸片确认法检测ESBLs菌株.结果 73株大肠埃希菌中37株Ⅰ类（51%）,未检出Ⅱ类及Ⅲ类整合酶基因.产ESBLs菌株20株,其中12株为Ⅰ类整合酶基因阳性（60%）;非产ESBLs菌株53株,其中25株为Ⅰ类整合酶基因阳性（47%）.整合酶基因阳性组耐药率明显高于阴性组.结论 Ⅰ类整合子在大肠埃希菌中广泛地存在,是导致多重耐药重要因素之一. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the distribution of the integrons in 73 strains of E. eoli, and analyze its relationship with tile bacterial drugresistance. Method Integrase genes （intll - 3） were amplified by PCR. Antibiotic susceptibility, was examined by micro broth dilution method. Result Intll genes were found in 37Isolates（51% ）, no intI2 and intI3 Were detected,60% postive for intll among the strains of ES- BLs- producing E. eoli（ 12/20）, and 47 % in the non ESBLs - producing strains＇（25/53）. The resistance rates of intI1 gene postiw strains were signifleant higher than the negative strains. Conchttions Class 1 integrons are prevalent in einieal isolates of E. eoli and become an important drug resistance mechanism. |
