| 摘 要： | 目的:前瞻性观察肝部分切除术后使用早期肠内营养(EEN)和肠外营养(PN)治疗对病人术后恢复的影响。方法:将78例接受肝部分切除手术的病人随机分为研究(EEN)组35例和对照(TPN)组43例。分别于术后24 h开始,连续给予等热量和等氮营养治疗,共7 d。结果:两组病人手术前后肝功能和临床营养指标均无显著性差异。EEN组术后第7天肝功能和前清蛋白均已恢复到术前水平,而且术后胃肠蠕动功能恢复较快,平均营养费用明显低于TPN组,营养相关并发症的程度轻微。结论:肝部分切除术后EEN支持,有利于促进肝蛋白质合成,改善病人的消化功能和营养状况。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the impacts of early eternal nutrition(EEN) and total parenteral nutrition(TPN) on patients after receiving hepatectomy.Methods: 78 patients undergoing liver resection were randomized prospectivly into 2 groups: EEN group(n=35) and TPN group(n=43).The two groups received nutritional formulas with isocalorie and isonitrogen after operation for 7 days.
