SARS康复者1年临床随访结果的研究

目的:了解该病对患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法:对30例有明确接触史的严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)患者在SARS疫情结束后6个月、1年时分别进行动脉血气、肺功能和健康问卷调查。结果:肺功能和动脉血气各指标前后结果比较均无统计学差异。6个月时,生理健康评分、心理健康评分、生活质量总评分低于参考值且有统计学差异。1年时,生理健康评分、生活质量总评分低于参考值并有统计学差异。结论:1年来,患者肺功能没有出现进行性恶化。SARS导致患者生活质量下降;早期影响生理健康和心理健康,后期主要影响生理健康。

One-year follow-up study in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome

Objective:To observe the prognosis of patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) one year after the onset. Method:30 patients with contact history were taken the examination of pulmonary function, arterial blood gas and psychological questionnaire at half a year and one year after the onset of SARS.Result:There were no statistic significant difference in variables of pulmonary function and arterial blood gas between half a year and one year. The scores of physical health indexes, psychological health indexes and quality of life reduced significantly at half year. At one year follow-up visit, the score of physical health and quality of life reduced significantly comparing with references. Conclusion:There is no aggravation in the pulmonary function between half a year and one year follow-up visit. Both physical health and psychological health situation were affected at the end of half year. At one year follow-up visit, the physical health is affected significantly.
