干休所老干部心理测量及护理对策

目的：探讨干休所老年人心理健康状况及护理对策。方法：应用艾克森人格问卷（EPQ－RSC），症状自控量表（SCL－90），A型行为问卷，结构性访谈，开放性提问，对某干休所老干部的身心状况进行分析，结果：SCL－90问卷中的阳性项目均分，身体躯化因子和偏执高于常模；阳性项目分，总均分，人际关系，焦虑和恐怖低于常模；其它因子两间的差异无统计学意义，患病及家庭环境的变化较机体功能减退对老年人身心健康的影响更大，身体疾病访谈提示老年人对预防保健仍存在盲目性。结论：对干休所老年人心理状况采取相应的护理，是老干部当前最需要解决的问题。

The psychological measurement and nursing of the old-aged cadres in retired cadreg center

Objective To study the psychological health conditions of old aged cadres in retired cadres' center and to discuss the nursing countermeasures toward them. Methods The physical and mental health conditions were investigated by using Eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ), symptom check list 90 (SCL 90), type A behavior questionnaire, structured interview (SI) and open interview. Results The average scores of positive items in SCL 90 questionnaire, somatization factors and intolerance were all higher than that of the norm. The scores of positive items, total mean score, inter personal relationships anxiety and phobia scores were lower than those of the norm. The differences between any other two factors were no significant. As for their physical and mental health, the influence of illness and family surrounding changes was greater than the decrement of body function. The results in reviewing those patients showed that old aged held a blind idea about health care and disease prevention. Conclusion In accordance with the psychological conditions of old aged cadres' center, the corresponding nursing measures should be carried out, which is the most important problem to solve today.
