质控菌株检验结果分析

摘    要:
目的加强微生物实验室的质量控制工作,提高对肠道传染病疫情检测水平。方法用细菌培养法对质控菌株进行增菌、分纯,依据细菌生长特性、革兰染色形态、生化试验和血清学试验结果综合判断。结果质控菌株为甲型副伤寒沙门菌纯菌种,质控考核成绩满意。结论质控菌株考核既重结果,也重过程,能及时发现平时工作中存在的问题。建议多加强对基层微生物实验室的质控考核工作,促进疾病控制机构卫生检测水平的不断提高。

Abstract:
[Objective] To improve the quality control work in microorganism laboratories and the level of detecting enteric infectious diseases.[Methods] Bacterium culture method was applied to enrich and isolate the quality-control strains;comprehensive judgment was made according to the growth character,shape of Cram strain,the results of biochemistry experiments and serologic tests.[Results] The quality-control strain was proved to be type A Salmonella paratyphi;the result was satisfactory.[Conclusion] The quality-control supervision work is suggested to be given great emphasis in order to improve the hygienic detection work of the disease control institutions.
