牛磺酸对大运动量训练后大鼠心血管系统调节肽分泌的影响

摘    要:为了研究牛磺酸对大运动量训练后机体心血管系统神经调节肽分泌的影响 ,本实验通过对大鼠进行为期8周的不同负荷的游泳训练 ,并给大运动量训练后的大鼠补充牛磺酸 ,测定血浆神经肽Y(NPY)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的含量。结果发现 :①经过 8周的游泳训练后 ,2h训练组血浆NPY含量显著高于对照组和 1h训练组 ,血浆CGRP含量显著低于对照组 ,NPY/CGRP显著高于对照组和 1h训练组。而 1h训练组NPY含量显著低于对照组 ,血浆CGRP含量和NPY/CGRP与对照组相比 ,有下降趋势 ,但无显著性差异。这说明 ,适当的运动训练可降低机体交感神经的兴奋性 ,抑制NPY的分泌。这对轻度高血压病人和正常人的血压有良好的影响 ;而长期大负荷的运动训练可促进机体NPY的分泌和抑制CGRP的分泌 ,导致NPY和CGRP的分泌失调 ,这可能是运动性高血压和运动性心肌损伤发生的病理生理机制。动态观察血浆NPY和CGRP的含量对于在运动过程中对心血管系统进行医务监督、预防过度训练的发生具有一定的指导意义。②牛磺酸训练组血浆NPY含量显著低于 2h训练组 ,与对照组相比无显著差异 ;血浆CGRP含量显著高于 2h训练组和 1h训练组 ,与对照组相比有上升趋势 ,但无显著差异 ;NPY/CGRP显著低于 2h训练组 ,与 1h训练组和对照组相比无显著差异。结果表明牛?

The Effect of Taurine on the Secretion of NPY and CGRP after Intensive Trainingin Rats
Abstract:The purpose of the research was to explore the effect of taurine on the secretion of regulating peptides in rats after intensive training. 37 SD rats were divided into 4 groups randomly. The control group (n=9) was sedantary. The 1- hour training group (n=10) and the 2- hour training group (n=8) were trained for 1 hour and 2 hours per day, respectively, and the taurine group (n=10) were trained for 2 hours per day and was supplied with taurine after training . After 8-week swimming training, the plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) concentrations were tested by RIA. Results:①after 8-week swimming training, the plasma CGRP content in 2-hr training group was lower than that in control group and the NPY content and NPY/CGRP were significantly higher than those both in 1-hr training group and in control group . Compared with the control group, the plasma NPY content in 1-hr training group decreased noticeably, and the plasma CGRP content and NPY/CGRP tended to decrease without significant difference. This indicated that proper exercise training could reduce the sympathetic activity and restrain the secretion of NPY,and thus lower the blood pressure in individuals with normotension and mild hypertension. However, the long term of intensive training could promote the NPY secretion and restrain the secretion of CGRP,and caused the secretive imbalance of NPY and CGRP. It could be the pathophysiological mechanism for hypertension and myocardial ischemia during exercise. Dynamic observation of plasma NPY and CGRP concentration was significant in the medical supervision of cardiovascular system and prevention of over training. ②In the taurine group, the plasma NPY content was significantly lower than that in 2-hr training group, and CGRP concentration was higher than that in 2- hr training group or in 1-hr training group . There were no significant difference between the taurine group and the control group. NPY/CGRP in taurine group was noticeably lower than that in 2-hr training group, as compared with the 1-hr training group and the control group, there was no significant difference. It indicated that taurine might have effect on the secretion of regulating peptides. Replenishing taurine after intensive training might have important effect on maintaining the cardiovascular function and eliminating exercise-induced fatigue promptly.
