青年胃癌的临床特点及预后分析

统计分析我院1960至1996年2902例胃癌中30岁以下患者55例，行根治术29例，姑息性切除20例.随访率93．9％，二年生存率和五年生存率分别为21．4％和9．5％。就诊晚和组织分化差导致预后明显差于其他年龄组。

The clinical featur and prognosis of gastric cancer in young adults

This study is based on a retrospective review of 55 patients less than 30 years of agefrom 1960 to 1996. The clinical and pathologic parameters for this study included sex, gross type, location, maximum tumor size, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, tumor stage, histologic type, andrate of curative resection. The characteristics of the gastric cancer in the young patients were as follows:had infiltrative macroscopical types. had histologically diffuse types, had deeper and wider infiltration,showed a severer invasion into the vessels, and, showed marked lymphatic disseminated, and distantmetastasis. The study suggest that gastric cancer in young adults has a poor prognosis than older. The ageof the host seems one of the important factors influencing the natural history of gastric cancer.
