脂微球载体前列腺素E_1治疗病毒性肝炎重度胆汁淤积的研究

目的　探讨脂微球载体前列腺素E1(LipoPGE1)对病毒性肝炎重度胆汁淤积的治疗作用及安全性。方法　采用随机对照、单盲的方法进行前瞻性试验。 80例病毒性肝炎合并重度胆汁淤积患者随机分为A ,B 2组 ,在综合治疗基础上 ,A组用LipoPGE12 0 μg ,B组用门冬氨酸钾镁 2 0mL ,均加入生理盐水 15 0mL中静滴 ,每天 1次 ,疗程 4周。结果　A组总有效率为80 % ,显著优于B组的 5 5 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;2组肝功能指标均随治疗的进行呈不同幅度下降 ,A组下降幅度明显 ,与B组比较 ,治疗第 2周时有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗结束时有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　LipoPGE1治疗病毒性肝炎并重度胆汁淤积的疗效明显优于门冬氨酸钾镁 ,能显著改善肝功能 ,促进黄疸消退 ,不良反应少

Study of lipo-prostaglandin E1 on serious cholestasis of virus hepatitis

Objective It is to study the therapeutic action and safety of lipo-prostaglandin E 1 on serious cholestasis of virus hepatitis.Methods Prospective tests were progressed with random comparison and single blind methods. 80 patients with serious cholestasis of virus hepatitis were randomly divided into group A and group B. On the basis of general treatment, group A was treated with 20 μg lipo-prostaglandin E 1 and group B was treated with 20 mL potassium-magnesium aspartate injection. Both were in 150 mL physiological saline and injected intravenously once a day for four weeks.Results Total effective rates in group A and group B were 80% and 55%, and there was significant different (P<0.05). Along with treatment, all liver function indexes declined dose-depended, which were more obvious in group A. There was obvious difference at the second week compared with group B (P<0.05). When the treatment was over, there was great difference (P<0.01).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of lipo-prostaglandin E 1 on serious cholestasis of virus hepatitis is better than potassium-magnesium aspartate injection, which can evidently improve liver function, promote jaundice vanishing gradually and has little side-effect.
