浅谈中药制剂现代化的开发与拓展

笔者在本文中重点探讨要实现中药制剂的现代化开发与拓展，就必须以加强中医理论现代化研究以及中药学药理的现代基础研究为切入点，然后根据中医辨证论治的理论在疗铲肯定的单味中草药及传统的有效名方和中医科研成果中开发新的单方或复方中药制剂，在开发的过程中，必须注重右医剂型的改革及给药途径的多样化以适合不同疾病的需要。为了使中药制剂能进入国际市场与国际的药品认证标准接轨，在新药生产的过程中必须重视中草原材料的质量，应用先进的有效成份提取技术，并对整个生产流程、生产工艺、含量控制、药效评价要求做到科学化、规范化、标准化、产业化。努力使中药制剂成为高效、速效、长效、安全、质量稳定的药品，才能更她地为国内外患者服务。

Ooinion on the Modern Research and Development of Chinese Herbal Preparation

In order to modernize and develop Chinese herbal preparations, we must strengthen the basic research work on modernization of TCM theory and pharmacology, and then according to the theory of Chinese medicine, new single or complex Chinese herbal preparations could be developed from simple Chinese herbal drug which had good therapeutic effect as well as from well known traditional recipes and research achievement in TCM. During these developing process, we mush emphasize the reformation of Chinese herbal preparations and the diversity of administration route to adapt different diseases. In the production of new preparation, we must pay more attention to the quality control of herbal ding, and apply modern technology to extract its effective component, and evaluate the whole manufacture process, quality control and therapeutic effect by scientific, accurate and standardization methods, to let the Chinese herbal preparations be highly effective, safe and good quality preparation.
