| 摘 要： | 吻台口狭窄是中、低位直肠癌保肛手术的常见并发症之一。1987年5月至1995年12月，对222例直肠癌行结肠肛管吻合术。结果表明，其中16例未行术后吻合口扩张，有8例发生吻合狭窄。另202例定期扩张吻合口无1例发生吻合口狭窄。讨论了吻合口狭窄的预防，对吻合口狭窄的治疗方法作了详细描述，强调病人用扩张器定期扩张吻合口的重要性。

| Abstract: | Anastomotic stenosis is one of the common complications of rectal cancer aftersphincter-preserving operation. From May 1987 to Dcc. 1995, 222 patients with rectal cancerwere treated by coloanal anastomosis. The results showed that anastomotic stenosis was found in8 of 16 cases who did not received postoperative anastomotic stoma dilatation. On the other hand,no anastomotic stenosis occurred in the other 202 cases who received regular dilatation. The pre-vention and treatment of anastomotic stenosis were discussed fully, with emphasis on the impor-tance of regular self-dilatation of the anastomotic stoma by the patients. |
