| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨非酮症高渗性昏迷(NKHC)患者血浆有效渗透压水平与预后的关系。方法 对我院收治的85例NKHC患者进行分析，按入院时血浆有效渗透压水平分为甲、乙、丙3组，给予相应的治疗，观察一周，并进行临床分析。结果 NKHC患者入院时血浆有效渗透压水平愈高，病情愈重，死亡率愈高。结论 血浆有效渗透压水平是判断NKHC预后的一个重要指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the ralationship between the level of plasma effective osmotic pressure and prognosis in non-ketotic hyperosmolar diabetic coma patients.(NKHC). Methods 85 non-ketotic hyperosmolar diabetic coma patients in our hospital were analyzed.Accrding to the level of the effective plasma osmolality,all patients were divided into 3 groups,the patients were given the correct treatment and observed for one week. Results The higher the level of the effective plasma osmolality,the heavier the clinical condition on admission,worse the condition and the higher the mortality rate.Conclusion The level of effective plasma osmolality is the most important index for evaluating the prognosis of the non-ketotic hyperosmolar diabetic coma patients. |
