| 大肠癌Ki－67单克隆抗体标记观察 |

| 摘 要： | 作者用Ｋｉ－６７单克隆抗体对１０例大肠癌标本作了研究。结果表明，大肠癌Ｋｉ－６７标记阳性率与核分裂计数之间呈显著正相关（ｒ＝０．８８３，Ｐ＜０．０１），未发现Ｋｉ－６７标记阳性率与淋巴结转移、分化程度、肿物大小以及年龄之间存在相关性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

| Abstract: | The cases of carcinoma of large intestine were studied by immunostaining with monoclonal antibody Ki-67. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between Ki-67 labeling rates of carcinoma of large intestine and mitotic counts .and no correlation was found between Ki-67 labeling rates and lymph node metastasis,differentiation degree, the size of the tumor as well as the age of the patient. |
