暴力犯罪司法精神医学鉴定171例分析

目的：探讨司法精神医学鉴定暴力犯罪案例特点。方法：对本院1992－2001年司法精神医学鉴定171例暴力犯罪案例资料进行回顾性分析。结果：凶杀67例39．2％），伤害4例（28．7％），纵火27例（15．8％），强奸16例（9．4％），抢劫12例（7．0％），有各种精神疾病者占86．5％，精神分裂症占46．2％，精神发育迟滞占9．4％，癫痫所致精神障碍占8．8％，男性占82．5％，青壮年占72．5％，农民占78．9％，有责任能力者25．7％，限定责任能力者占24．6％，无责任能力者占49．7％。结论：精神分裂症，精神发育迟滞，癫痫所致精神障碍是导致精神病人暴力犯罪的主要疾病，是防范的重点对象，加大精神卫生知识普及力度，提高人们的防病治病意识，及时治疗各种精神疾病，是减少精神病人暴力犯罪的重要措施。

Analysis of 171 violence crime cases in forensic psychiatric expertise

Objective:To explore the characteristics of violence crime Cases in forensic psychiatric expertise.Methods:A restropective study was conduced among 171 violence crime cases in forensic psychiatric expertise in our hospital from 1992 to 2001.Results:Homicide cases were 67 (39 2%),assault cases were 49(28 7%),arson cases were 27(15 8%),violation cases were 16 (9 4%),rob cases were 12 (7 0%).Various mental diseases 86 5%,schizophrenia46 2%,mental relardation 9 4%,mental disorders due to epilepsy 8 8%,men 82 5%,young abult 72 5,peasant 78 9%,criminal responsibility 25 7%,reduced responsibility 24 6%,without responsibility 49 7%,Conclusion:The prevention of mental diseases are mainly schizophrenia, mental relaradation and mental disorders due to epilepsy.We should disseminate the knowledge of mental health,stren prevention of mental diseases and timely treat various mental diseases to reduce violence crime of psychotic.
