腹部B超对异位妊娠诊断的准确性探讨

目的进一步探讨腹部B超诊断异位妊娠的准确性。方法对我站2008年6月～2010年5月经腹部B超诊断的异位妊娠82例患者,结合随访外院手术病理加以回顾性分析。结果经手术病理确诊异位妊娠79例,B超诊断符合率为96.3%;B超误诊3例,分别为卵巢囊腺癌伴有大量盆腔积液、黄体破裂、宫角妊娠。结论 B超对异位妊娠的诊断准确性较高,充分掌握异位妊娠不同声像表现是减少误诊的必备条件。

Exploration on the Diagnostic Accuracy of Ectopic Pregnancy by Abdominal B Ultrasound

Objective To explore the diagnostic accuracy of ectopic pregnancy by abdominal B-ultrasound. Methods We respectively analyzed 82 patients with ectopic pregnancy diagnosed through menstrual abdominal B ultrasound from June 2008 to May 2010, combined with surgical pathology follow-up outside the hospital to be reviewed. Results With pathologically confirmed 79 cases of ectopic pregnancy, B ultrasound diagnosis of compliance was 96.3%; B ultrasound diagnosis over 3 cases were misdiagnosed, were a large number of ovarian cystadenocarcinoma associated with pelvic fluid, corpus luteum rupture, palace horn pregnancy. Conclusion B ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy has high accuracy. Fully grasp the different audio and video performance of ectopic pregnancy is a necessary condition to reduce misdiagnosis.
