| 摘 要： | 目的观察高频超声在诊断小儿肠套叠中的临床诊断价值。方法使用高、低频探头对105例肠套叠超声检查，结合病史、临床表现、声像图特征等资料进行回顾性分析，总结对比高低频超声在诊断小儿肠套叠中的作用。结果高频超声对于肠套叠的检出率明显高于低频超声（P〈0．01）。结论应用高频超声诊断小儿肠套叠具有良好的使用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of children enteric intussusception. Methods A total of 105 cases of children enteric intussusception were retrospectively analyzed by high frequency ultrasound and low frequency ultrasound, respectively. Results The detection rate of enteric intussusception by high frequency ultrasound was higher than that by low frequency ultrasound. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound is more valuable in the diagnosis of children enteric intussusception. |
