妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进的临床分析

目的探讨妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进的临床特点及应用抗甲状腺素治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2004年6月。2009年5月收治的72例妊娠合并甲亢患者的资料，按照孕期是否进行抗甲状腺素治疗分为对照组和治疗组，观察两组患者治疗后甲状腺功能及妊娠结局。结果治疗组甲状腺功能的各项指标均较对照组明显改善（P〈0．05）；治疗组妊娠结局、胎儿情况、并发症均明显好于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进症早期诊断、规范治疗并定期监测可有效减少母儿并发症的发生，改善妊娠结局。

Clinical Analysis of Pregnant Women with Hyperthyroidism

Objective to evaluate the clinical characteristics and treatment of hyperthyroidism in prengancy. Methods Reviewed medical records of 72 cases with hyperthyroidism during pregnancy at our hospital from June 2004 to May 2009.72cases were divided into two groups according to their records, one group had 28 cases without standard treatment as control group, the other had 44 cases with standard treatment. Results The level of thyroid function was improved obviously than the control group （P〈0.05）;Pregnant outcome and complications,embryo statement in treated group were obviously better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early diagnosis, treatment and regular monitoring of pregnant women with hyperthyroidism may effectively reduce maternal and fetal complications and improve the pregnant outcome.
