| 摘 要： | 目的观察培门冬酶治疗T细胞淋巴瘤患者的疗效及不良反应。方法回顾分析3例治疗案例并结合相关文献进行讨论。结果 3例病情较重的T细胞淋巴瘤患者应用培门冬酶治疗后疾病缓解,不良反应较轻。结论应用培门冬酶治疗T细胞淋巴瘤值得进一步探讨及推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of pegaspargase for patients with T-cell lymphoma.Methods Three cases of patients were retrospectively analyzed and the relevant literatures were discussed.Resuits Three cases of patients with T-cell lymphoma was remissed after pegaspargase treatment with less serious side effects.Conclusion Pegaspargase treatment for T-cell lymphoma is worth of further exploration and promotion. |
