鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融联合下鼻甲骨折外移术治疗持续性变应性鼻炎临床观察

摘    要:目的 探讨鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融联合下鼻甲骨折外移术治疗持续性变应性鼻炎(AR)的疗效.方法 2009年12月-2012年2月收治72例中-重度持续性AR,分为对照组30例和观察组42例,在鼻内镜下分别行单纯低温等离子射频消融和低温等离子射频消融联合下鼻甲骨折外移术,术后随访12个月,评定疗效.结果 对照组总有效率63.3%,观察组总有效率92.9%.观察组显著高于对照组(P=0.001).结论 对于伴有下鼻甲黏膜增生肥大的持续性AR,鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融联合下鼻甲骨折外移术的疗效明显优于单纯低温等离子射频消融术.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the curative effect of hypothermia plasma of radiofrequency ablation com- bined with fractures relocation of inferior turbinate in treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis (AR) under nasal endo- scope. Methods A total of 72 patients with medium-severe persistent AR admitted during December 2009 and Decem- ber 2012 were divided into control group (n = 30) and observation group (n = 42). Patients in control group were treated with hypothermia plasma of radiofrequency ablation, while patients in observation group received hypothermia plasma of radiofrequency ablation combined with fractures relocation of inferior turbinate under nasal endoscope. The curative effects were assessed at the end of postoperative follow-up for 12 months. Results The total effective rate was 63.3% of control group and 92.9% of observation group respectively, and the rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P = 0. 001 ). Conclusion The effect of hypothermia plasma of radiofrequency ablation combined with fractures relocation of inferior turbinate under nasal endoscope is obviously superior to that by hypothermia plasma of radiofrequency ablation in treatment of the persistent AR complicated by hyperplasia and hypertrophy in tunica mucosa of inferior turbinate.
