| 摘 要： | 目的比较不同剂量血脂康对2型糖尿病合并高血脂症患者血脂水平及炎症因子的影响。方法将90例2型糖尿病合并高血脂症患者随机分为血脂康1.2 g/d组、血脂康2.4 g/d组和普伐他汀20 mg/d组,每组30例,测定治疗前、治疗8周后各组血脂水平及血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果治疗8周后,3组TC、LDL-C、TG水平均降低,3组间比较无显著性差异;3组血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平均降低。组间比较,hs-CRP、IL-6水平血脂康1.2 g/d组和血脂康2.4 g/d组较普伐他汀20 mg/d组降低明显,血脂康2.4 g/d组较血脂康1.2 g/d组降低明显。结论2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者早期给予血脂康1.2 g/d和血脂康2.4 g/d调脂作用与普伐他汀20 mg/d无明显差异,但降低炎症因子作用强于普伐他汀20 mg/d。血脂康2.4 g/d降低炎症因子作用最强。
