高原地区藏汉族妊高征患者血浆内皮素、一氧化氮的比较

目的　比较高原地区藏、汉妊高征患者血中内皮素及一氧化氮的水平。方法　选择高原地区藏族妊高征患者 18例 ,汉族妊高征患者 2 1例 ,正常晚期妊娠妇女 2 2例 ,正常健康女性 2 0例 ;采集空腹静脉血 ,应用放射免疫法和硝酸根还原酶与Griess反应相结合的方法检测受检者血浆中内皮素及一氧化氮含量。结果　高原妊高征患者血浆中内皮素及一氧化氮含量显著高于正常妊娠妇女及正常非妊娠妇女 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,正常妊娠组血中内皮素及一氧化氮含量高于正常非妊娠妇女 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,汉族妊高征患者内皮素及一氧化氮显著高于藏族妊高征患者。结论　高原地区汉族妊高征患者内皮素及一氧化氮含量增高更明显。

Compare Levels of Endothelin and Nitric Oxide in Patients with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension Syndrome at Highland

Objective To compare the levels of endothelin(ET)and nityic oxide(NO)in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH)at highland. Methods In the present experiment, the levels of ET and NO in the blood were studied in 18 cases PIH patients of tibetan and 21 cases PIH patients of Han, 22 cases of normal pregnant women and 20 cases healthy nonpregnant women at highland. Results The results showed that the level of ET and NO were significantly increased in PIH patients compared to normal pregnant women and healthy nonpregnant women at highland( P<0.05 or P <0.01). The levels of ET and NO were higher in slight, moderate and severe PIH patients than normal pregnant women and healthy nonpregnant women( P<0.05 or P <0.01), the level of ET and NO were significantly increased in PIH patients of Han compared to the Tibetan, and ET/NO was gradully increased. Conclusion The study indicated that it was increased levels of ET and NO, in which were obversily in the patients of Han with pregnancy induced hypertension at highland.
