早产儿低出生体重儿是一个特殊的群体 ,由于他们胃肠道运动及胃肠道功能的不成熟 ,以及营养需求的特殊性 ,决定了其特殊的营养供给方式。该文综述了早产儿低出生体重儿消化系统的特点、营养需求及供给方式、非营养性吸吮的作用 ,总结出早产儿低出生体重儿最佳的营养供给方式为早期 (2 4小时内 )静脉营养配以间断鼻胃管早期微量肠内营养并辅以非营养性吸吮。

The nourishment supply of low birth weight infants in premature infants

The low birth weight(LBW) infants in premature infants are special population. Their immature gastrointestinal peristalsis and function and particularity of nourishment demands determine special ways of nourishment supply. This article reviewed the characteristics of digestive system of the infants with LBW, the ways of nourishment demand and supply, and the role of nonnutritive sucking of the low birth weight infants in premature infants. At last, we came to conclusion that the best way of nourishment supply for the low birth weight infants in premature infants is intravenous nutrition in the earlier time (within 24 hours after birth) combined with intermittent nasogastric minimal enteral nutrition and assisted with nonnutritive sucking.
