角膜异物432例调查分析

目的:对福建泉港区角膜异物进行调查分析。方法:收集我院2007-07/2008-07角膜异物患者432例445眼,对性别、年龄、异物分类、位置、视力等项目进行统计分析。结果:在角膜异物432例445眼中男404例(93.5%),平均(25±4.5)岁,21～40岁为发病集中年龄(49.3%),职业以工人为主(63.4%),异物以铁屑铁渣居多,302眼(67.9%),异物位于角膜Ⅰ区157眼(35.3%),角膜Ⅱ区177眼(39.8%),角膜Ⅲ区111眼(24.9%)。1d内就诊120例(27.8%),2～3d194例(44.9%),治疗前后视力基本不变或有所提高。结论:角膜异物是常见的职业性眼外伤,改善工作环境及加强个人防护能有效地预防角膜异物的发生。

Investigation and analysis on corneal foreign bodies in 432 cases

AIM:To investigate and analyze the corneal foreign bodies in 432 cases in Quangang area of Fujian province.·METHODS:Totally 432 cases (445 eyes) with corneal foreign bodies from July 2007 to July 2008 were investigated retrospectively.The statistical data included gender,age,classification and location of the foreign body.treatment,vision etc.were analyzed.·RESULTS:Of all cases,404 patients (93.5%) were male.The average age was (25±4.5) years,with a range of 6 to 75 years and most patients (49.3%) were 21- 40 years old.A total of 274 patients (63.4%) were workers.The foriegn body was iron in 302 cases (67.9%).And the foreign bodise of 157 eyes (35.3%) was at corneal zoneⅠ,177 eyes (39.8%) at corneal zone Ⅱ,and 111 eyes (24.9%) at corneal zone Ⅲ.One hundred and twenty (27.8%) patients received treatment within one day of the first hospital visit,and 194 patients (44.9%) within 3 days.Vision remained basically unchanged or increased before and after treatment.·CONCLUSION:Corneal foreign body is a common occupational eye injury.Improving the working environment and reinforcing protection can prevent the occurrence of the disease effectively.·
