血府逐瘀汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对血脂和C-反应蛋白水平的影响

目的血府逐瘀汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对血脂和C-反应蛋白水平的影响。方法选择2009年9月至2012年9月我院收治的64例不稳定型心绞痛患者，随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予西药治疗；研究组给予西药联合血府逐瘀汤治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、血脂和C-反应蛋白的变化。结果研究组的治疗有效率为87.50%明显高于对照组的68.75%（P＜0.05）；治疗后，研究组的TC、TG、LDL-C以及HDL-C水平均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），CRP水平明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论血府逐瘀汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效显著，且能有效控制血脂及C-反应蛋白水平，值得临床广泛应用。

The Clinical Efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Tang in Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris and its Impact on Blood lipids and C-reactive Protein

Objective To discuss the clinical efifcacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Tang in treatment of unstable angina pectoris and its impact on blood lipids and C-reactive protein levels. Method 64 patients with unstable angina pectoris from September 2009 to September 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and the control group, and each group had 32 cases. The control group was given conventional western medicine while the study group was given conventional western medicine combined Xuefu Zhuyu Tang for treatment. The clinical efifcacy of the two groups, blood lipids and C-reactive protein level changes were compared. Results The effective rate of the study group was 87.50%signiifcantly higher 68.75%of the control group （P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C levels of the study group were signiifcantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, CRP levels were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Tang has good effect in treatment of unstable angina pectoris and it can effectively control the blood lipid levels and C-reactive protein levels.
