优秀实践教学指导教师素质研究

摘    要:实践教学是中药学专业教学的重要环节,有利于培养学生的创新能力。在产学研合作教育模式下,本校已有七届学生完成中药科研实践训练。发现不同指导教师所带教的学生取得的学习效果存在着天壤之别。在开展问题调查与个别访谈之后,发现指导教师是决定学生实践成效的关键因素。该文从学生的视角出发,探讨优秀指导教师应该具备的基本素质。

Abstract:Practical teaching is an important link between Chinese Medicine teaching and the cultivation of students' innovation abilities.Under the education mode of production-teaching-research cooperation,Jiangxi Unviversity of Chinese Medicine has cultivated seven sessions of students who completed Chinese Medicine practical research.The authors found great difference in learning effect under different instructors.By investigation and individual interview,the authors found that the instructors has become decisive factors to the teaching.This paper proposes some basic quality at the point of view of students.
