| 摘 要： | 东莨菪碱作为一种托品烷类生物碱,在临床上可用作麻醉前给药、晕动症的治疗。目前市场上的剂型有片剂、注射剂、贴剂、胶囊剂等,针对不同剂型对其含量测定也有不同方法。本文阐述了几种东莨菪碱不同剂型的含量测定方法并加以比较,其中HPLC法分离效率高,专属性好,灵敏度高,是目前最为常用的一种方法。
