分从五脏论治突发性耳聋

目的 探讨中医学分从五脏治疗突发性耳聋的原理和思路.方法 查阅〈内经〉等多种古籍以及现代医学论著,寻找关于突发性耳聋病因病机的论述,加以分析、思考、总结.结果 耳与五脏都有着密切的联系,听力的正常有赖于五脏功能的正常.结论 五脏的功能异常都可导致突发性耳聋的发生;临证治疗需明辨五脏,详分病因,方可取效.

The Treatment of Sudden Deafenss From the Five Internal Organs

Objective To discuss the treatment principles and mentality of sudden deafness respectively from the five organs of Chinese medicine. Methods After searching ＂Nei Jing＂ and other ancient and modern medical theory the discussion of the cause and mechanism of sudden deafness were studied, analyzed, pondered and summarized. Results The ear and the five internal organs had the close relation. The hearing normalcy depended on the function normalcy of the five internal organs. Conclusion Five internal organs＇ function exceptionally may cause the sudden deafness occurrence. The five internal organs and the detailed minute cause of disease should be distinguished in dinical and then it could take the effects.
