脑血管造影及栓塞并发症分析

本文对662次经皮股动脉穿刺脑血管插管造影及栓塞治疗所发生的34次并发症进行分析。并发症包括:长期轻偏瘫、一过性神经系统症状、较严重的造影剂反应、穿刺点出血、穿刺点远端动脉局部血栓栓塞和导管内血栓形成等。本文分析了各类并发症的原因,并对其预防及处理作了讨论。

Analysis of Complications of Transfemoral Cerebral Aterial Catheterization for Angiography and Therapeutic Enbolization

Thirty-four complications resulting from 622 times of transfemoral cerebral arterial catheterizaiton are analysed. There were 643 times of simple angiography and 19 times of angiography with embolization. One patient died from cerebral infarction, one patient had permanent hemiparesis, and 11 ca- ses had transient neurologic complications. In addition, 21 cases of non-neu- rologic complications occurred. They were severe side effect inducing by me- dium contrast, hemorrhage on the puncture site, thrombus embolization in the distant end of the puncture site and thrombosis within catheter 2 cases, 3 cases 1 case and 15 cases respectively. Four typical eases are reported. The causes of the compications are analysed and how to prevent, and manage the complication, are discussed.
