| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨急性上消化道出血的临床救治、病情观察以及护理。方法]回顾性分析116例急性上消化道出血病人的护理。结果]治愈79例,好转18例,未愈自动出院9例,转外科手术2例,病情恶化及死亡8例。结论]及时进行有效的止血治疗,加强病情观察及认真细致的护理,可使病人转危为安,提高治愈率,降低病死率,达到康复的目的。
