| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿外周血B淋巴细胞亚群CD19、CD25的表达及临床意义。方法收集62例HIE组新生儿和30例对照组新生儿股静脉血标本,采用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测外周血B淋巴细胞CD19+、CD25+、CD19+/CD25+百分率,同时应用流式直方图分析细胞表面CD19、CD25分子的表达密度。结果HIE组新生儿外周血B淋巴细胞CD19+、CD25+、CD19+/CD25+百分率分别为17.93±3.10、1.26±1.04、0.64±0.42,均较对照组低(P<0.05);HIE组不同程度病情的CD19+、CD19+/CD25+百分率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),重度HIE组降低较为明显;HIE组CD19、CD25的平均荧光强度分别为13.53±5.48、1.37±0.33,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HIE组患儿CD19、CD25的表达异常,B淋巴细胞功能受抑制,检测CD19、CD25对了解HIE的免疫功能及病情具有重要临床意义。 |
