对高血压病人不同证型心肌耗氧指数变化的实验观察

应用XXC—A型心血管功能测试仪对100例高血压病患者不同证型和心肌耗氧指数的关系进行了观察,发现肝阳上亢型、肝肾阳虚型、阴虚阳亢型、阴阳两虚型的心肌耗氧指数呈递增趋势,且每一证型之间心肌耗氧指数经统计学处理均存在着差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。所以,我们认为心肌耗氧指数可以作为高血压病中医辨证分型的客观指标。并对一期高血压病(肝阳上亢型)的心血管功能进行了探讨。

Exiperimental Observation on Changes of Myocardial Oxygen Consumptive Index of Different Syndromes in TCM in Patients with Hypertension

Throung the observation on the relationship between the different syndromes of TCM in 100 patients with hyperation and myocardial oxgen comsumptive index,the tendency of progressive increasing of oxygen comsumptive index in the syndromes of hyperactivity of the liver-yang,deficiency of liver-yin and kidney -yin,hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency,and deficiency of both yin and yang was found There were significant differences between every syndrome types( P <0. 01 or ( P <0. 05). We consider myocardial oxygen consumptive index can become a subjective index for the TCM diffrentiation of hypertension. The cardial functions of patients with the first stage hypertension, (hyperactivity of the liver-yang)were also discussed in this article
