苏嘉地区生殖健康服务机构服务内容调查

目的 了解生殖健康服务机构的主要服务内容。方法 采用分层抽样法抽取苏州嘉兴地区各级各类生殖健康服务机构85所，对其生殖健康服务人员进行3个工作日的病人流量分析。结果 (1)不同生殖健康服务机构服务内容不尽相同、各有侧重。(2)生殖道感染、孕产妇保健和计划生育服务是生殖健康服务机构的主要服务内容。(3)生殖健康服务机构门诊手术以计划生育手术为主。结论 各级各类生殖健康服务机构均为育龄妇女提供生殖健康服务，但服务内容各有侧重，服务质量不同；寻找安全、有效的避孕手段，进行规范、无菌的宫内手术操作，加强有关疾病诊治培训很有必要。

A Investigation of Reproductive Health Service Contents among the Reproductive Health Service in Su-jia Areas of China

Objective To understand the chief reproductive health service contents in reproductive health service settings.Methods A patient-flow analysis (PFA) study for 3 days was carried out in Suzhou and Jiaxing areas in order to get a view of the services provided in the stratified sample of 85 reproductive health settings(RHS).Results It showed that all the existing RHS provided RH services to the childbearing women,but the quantities and the qualities were different.Yet the reproductive tract infections (RTIs),the antenatal/postpartum care and the family planning (FP) service were the most important sections of RH service.Conclusion It has also been proved that the RHS should adjust the resources scheme to the different RHS,in order to make the limited health care resource more effective and provide the better service to the their clients.
