无创通气在急性肺损伤/呼吸窘迫综合征中的应用

目的了解无创通气在急性肺损伤/呼吸窘迫综合征中的应用。方法对佛山市南海区第二人民医院急性肺损伤/呼吸窘迫综合征的60例患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析。60例患者均使用无创通气治疗,记录并分析治疗前后的血气分析数据、乳酸、心率、呼吸频率及血压变化,观察其疗效。结果经过分析和观察发现,无创通气能明显改善急性肺损伤/呼吸窘迫综合征患者的血气情况、乳酸、心率、呼吸频率、血压等临床监测指标。结论无创通气对治疗急性肺损伤/呼吸窘迫综合征疗效显著,应在临床予以推广。

The Application of Non-invasive Ventilation in Acute Lung Injury/Respiratory Distress Syndrome and Observation of Therapeutic Effect of 60 Cases

Objective Find out the application of non-invasive ventilation in acute lung injury/respiratory distress syndrome.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the medical records of 60 cases of Foshan Nanhai District No.2 People＇s hospital with acute lung injury/respiratory distress syndrome.60 patients were treated using non-invasive ventilation,recorded and analyzed the data of blood gas analysis,lactate,heart rate,respiratory rate and blood pressure before and after treatment,observed the effect.Results After the analysis and observed we found non-invasive ventilation can significantly improve acute lung injury/respiratory distress syndrome in patients with blood conditions,lactic acid,heart rate,respiratory rate,blood pressure and other clinical monitoring indicators.Conclusions Non-invasive ventilation in acute lung injury/respiratory distress syndrome were significantly and should be promoted in clinical.
