雷贝拉唑钠的三联疗法治疗胃溃疡120例

目的通过与奥美拉唑三联治疗胃溃疡的比较,评价雷贝拉唑钠的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择120例胃溃疡活动期且幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性患者,随机分为两组,治疗组70例,对照组50例。所有患者均口服阿莫西林克拉维酸钾625mg+替硝唑1g,2次/d,同时治疗组加用雷贝拉唑钠20mg治疗;对照组加用奥美拉唑20mg治疗。1周后,治疗组继续单服雷贝拉唑钠,2次/d,1次10mg(早饭前1次、晚饭后1次);对照组继续单服奥美拉唑,2次/d,1次10mg(早饭前1次、晚饭后1次);4周后复查胃镜并检测HP,观察溃疡愈合状况及HP根除率,疗程均为5周。结果治疗组患者HP根除率为88.5%,对照组为72.0%,不良反应发生率为5.81%,P<0.05。结论雷贝拉唑钠联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾和替硝唑有较高HP根除率及溃疡愈合率且不良反应少。

The Effect of Rabeprazole Triple Therapy for 120 Patients with Gastric Ulcer

Objective Compared to omeprazole triple therapy for gastric ulcer, and to evaluate the efficacy of rabeprazole sodium and safety. Method 120 cases of active peptic ulcer and Helicobacter pylori （HP） positive patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 70 patients, 50 patients were treated. All patients with oral Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium 625mg ＋ tinidazole 1g, 2 times per day, while the treatment group were treated with rabeprazole 20mg; the control group were treated with omeprazole 20mg. After 1 week, single-treatment group continued to serve rabeprazole sodium, 2 times per days, 1 time 10mg （1 time before breakfast, and 1 time after dinner）; the control group continued to omeprazole alone, 2 times per day, 10mg per time（1 time before breakfast, and 1 time after dinner）; 4 weeks, endoscopy and detection of HP, HP ulcer healing status and eradication rate, a course of 5 weeks. Result HP eradication treatment group was 88.5%, 72.0% in control group, adverse reaction rate was 5.81%, P〈0.05. Conclusion Rabeprazole Sodium Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium and tinidazole had a higher rate of HP eradication and ulcer healing rates and fewer adverse reactions.
