多囊卵巢综合征胰岛素抵抗的临床研究

目的:研究多囊卵巢综合征妇女的临床特征与胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。方法:选择76名PCOS女性进行人体测量学指标的检查和测定、性激素水平检测并进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验及胰岛素释放试验。结果:76例PCOS患者中除3例合并糖尿病外,73例PCOS患者中存在胰岛素抵抗者46例,占63%,无胰岛素抵抗者27例,占37%。与无胰岛素抵抗者比较,胰岛素抵抗者体重、BMI、腰围和腰臀比及黑棘皮征明显增高,而两组间性激素6项指标的差异不明显。结论:PCOS妇女中胰岛素抵抗发生率较高;PCOS合并IR患者的体重、BMI、腰围和腰臀比、黑棘皮征明显高于无胰岛素抵抗者;性激素水平与糖代谢异常及胰岛素抵抗无关。

Clinical study of insulin resistance in women with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective:To study the relationship between insulin resistance and clinical characteristics of women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:Seventy-six PCOS females were made anthropometric indices examination and determination,detection of serum sex hormones and oral glucose tolerance test and insulin release test.Results:Except for three cases of diabetes,in 73 PCOS there were 46 women with insulin resistance,accounting for 63%;and there were 27 women without insulin resistance,accounting for 37‰.Comparing with the women without PCOS,IR BMI,body weight,waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio and acanthosis nigricans syndrome of the women with PCOS were significantly increased,while the six hormones of the two groups were not significantly different.Conclusion:The incidence of insulin resistance in women with PCOS is higher.Weight,BMI,waist circumference and waist to hip ratio,acanthosis nigricans syndrome of the PCOS women with IR are significantly higher than those without IR,the differences between the two groups are statistically significant,while the sex hormones of the two group are not significantly different.
