直肠癌术后局部复发28例报告

目的　探讨直肠癌术后局部复发的手术因素及对策。方法　回顾性分析1989～2003 年收治的28例病人的临床资料。结果　28例直肠癌术后复发部位盆腔9例,吻合口6例,会阴部5 例,切口4例,淋巴结4例。结论　需重视无瘤原则,熟悉盆腔解剖,按直肠肿瘤手术原则分离切除肿 瘤,对估计较晚期直肠癌术前予以放化疗。

Local recurrence of rectal carcinoma after surgery: An analysis of 28 Cases

Objective To summarize the surgical reasons and countermeasures for postoperative local recurrence of rectal carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of 28 cases of rectal carcinoma from 1989 to 2003 were retrospectively analyzed. Local recurrence of 28 cases lay to pelvises in 9 cases, anastomosises in 6 cases, perineums in 5 cases, incisions in 4 cases and lymph nodes in 4 cases.Conclusion We must pay attention to non-touch isolation technique, have an intimate knowledge of pelvic dissect, separate and resect the tumor by the operational principle of rectal carcinoma and adopt preoperative radiation and chemotherapy to advanced rectal carcinoma.
