消化内科学见习与实习教学异同初探

见习的目的是增强学生对临床工作的感性认识,强化学生的理论知识;实习则更加重视培养学生在临床实际工作中应用理论知识的能力和操作能力.实习阶段,学生的兴趣更加偏重于临床实际问题的解决,因此,见习和实习在病例的选择、讲解的重点方面有所差异.临床教师在教学中不仅应当注意临床知识的传授,而且需要引导学生正确处理医患关系.

Abstract：

The aim of clerkship is to enhance students' perceptions of clinical work, and strengthen the theoretical knowledges. Internship is more emphasis on students in the practical application of theoretical knowledge work skills. In internship phase, students interested in more clinical practice issues, therefore, trainees and interns in the choice of cases to explain the priorities vary.Clinical teachers should not only pay attention the teaching of clinical knowledge, still need to guide students to properly handle the doctor-patient relationship.
