| 摘 要： | 胰岛素非依赖型糖尿病(Ⅱ型)为多基因控制的遗传性疾病并受环境影响。研究此类疾病的有效方法是建立、研究并应用动物模型：Ⅱ型糖尿病的小鼠模型包括肥胖糖尿病，影响能量代谢的动物模型以及其他与肥胖糖尿病相关的动物模型，它们为人类Ⅱ型糖尿病的研究提供了强有力的工具。

Establishment and application of animal model is important to NIDDM study. The animal models include gene mutation of obesity and diabetes, effecting energy metabolism and other related gene mutation causing diabetes. |
