摘    要:目的:探讨上颌侧切牙与尖牙不完全易位的早期矫治方法。方法:替牙期上颌侧切牙与尖牙不完全易位病例8例,采用"2×4"矫治技术,切开翻瓣术,辅弓牵引尖牙、侧切牙复位。结果:8例上颌侧切牙与尖牙不完全易位者经过8~12个月的治疗,易位的上颌尖牙与侧切牙排列到正常位置。结论:上颌尖牙与侧切牙不完全易位,应早期矫治,以避免上颌侧切牙牙根吸收及完全易位的发生,矫治中的关键是减少尖牙与侧切牙间的移动阻力。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the early treament of maxillary canine-lateral incisor's incomplete transposition in order to guide the normal development of occlusion.Method:Eight patients with incomplete transpositional maxillary canine and lateral incisor were treated using 2×4 technique: making incision,flap and guiding canine back to its normal position with assissted wire.Result:Eight patients had satisfactory treatment effect with normal position of canine and lateral incisor after 8 to 12 months of treatment.Conclusion:Maxillary canine-lateral incisor's incomplete transposition should be treated early to avoid root resorption of lateral incisor and complete transposition.The key of early treatment is to reduce the moving resistance between canine and lateral incisor.
