高压氧中毒小鼠脑微血管图像分析定量研究

摘    要:本文采用计算机图像定量测量方法,对高压氧中毒后小鼠软脑膜微血管和大脑皮质毛细胞血管内皮细胞碱性磷酶活性进行了定量检测。结果表明,HBOI后小鼠软脑膜毛细血管开放数目减少,毛细血管密度降低。

Abstract:The changes of meninx microvessels of mice and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity in their cerebral cortex capillary after hyperbaric oxygen intoxication(HBOI)wereobserved and measured by means of the computer image analyser.The results were as fol-low,the capillaries opened in mice meninx were decreased remarkably and capillarydensity was reduced,too. The activity of ALP in the endothelial cells of cerebral cortexcapillaries was increased apparently The meninx microvessels dilated and the plasmaleakout from them. The velocity of blood flow slowed down and a few gatherings of redblood eells were seen in the capillaries.These changes were the results of intoxication producedby oxygen free radical affect on the endothelial cells.It was suggested that the brainmicrocirculation disorders and the increase of ALP activity in the endothelial cells might beone of the important mechanisms of HBOI.
