| 摘 要： | 本文观察了磷酯酶Ａ２（ＰＬＡ２）非特异抑制剂漏对于油酸性肺损伤大鼠肺组织ＰＬＡ２活性、肾上腺素能和受体（和受体）及病理学改变等的影响。结果显示，ＣＱ防治组肺组织ＰＬＡ２活力（９５＋５Ｕ）明显低于致伤组（２２５＋２０Ｕ）：受体Ｂｍａｘ（４９４＋３８ｆｍｏｌ／ｍｇ蛋白质）显著高于致伤组（３０７＋５５ｆｍｏｌ／ｍｇ蛋白质）；受体Ｂｍａｘ（７４＋１１ｆｍｏｌ／ｍｇ蛋白质）明显低于致伤组（１２７＋１２ｆｍｏｌ／ｍｇ蛋白质）。首先发现，ＰＬＡ２抑制剂对于肺损伤大鼠肺组织肾上腺素能和受体具有调节作用。可以认为，此为其肺组织保护作用的机制之一。

| Abstract: | Toelucidatethemechanismofinhibitorofphospholipaes(PLA2)therapy,ananimalmodelofacutclunginjurywasinducedbyintravenousinjectionofoleic-acid(OA)torats.Theeffectofchloroquine(CQ)onchangesofactivityofPLA.andmaximalbindingcitp.city(Bmax)ofxtand.adrcnoceptorsinmembranespreparcdfromlungtissueoftheratswereobserved.lnthetreatedgroup,theactivigyofPLA2(955U)wasremarkablylowerthanthatofuntreatedgroup(22520U);TheBmaxof-receptor(49438)washighersignificantlythanthat(30755)ofuntreatedgroup,theBmaxofa-receptor(7411)waslowerthanthat(12712)ofuntreatedgroup,P<0.01.Thelungindexandpulmonaryhistologicalinjurywasmarkedlyimprovedinthetreatedgroup.ThepresentstudydiscoveredfortbefirsttimethatinhibitorofPLA2hasaroleofregulatingotandreceptorsufacutelunginjury.WhichmightbeapossiblemechanismofinbibitorofPLA2 |
