文化是医院的灵魂,文化建设与医院的发展相互作用、相互影响、相互渗透。2011年是济南市卫生系统的文化建设年。作为一所集医、教、研、预防保健等任务于一体的市级综合型三级甲等医院,本院始终坚持文化发展战略,从文化建设的不同层次,即:物质文化、制度文化、行为文化、精神文化、廉政文化、安全文化方面,强化内涵建设,产生良好的导向、凝聚、激励、约束、宣传作用,将文化建设提高到了更高的层次和水平。

Culture is the spirit of hospital.Hospital culture construction interacts with and affects hospital development.Year 2011 is the ＂Culture Construction Year＂ of Jinan Health System.As a grade A hospital,and a comprehensive one engaging in medical service,medical education,medical RD,health care and disease prevention,the Fourth People＇s Hospital of Jinan,insisted on the strategy of cultural development,enhanced the intrinsic value awareness from different levels of cultural development,such as material culture,system protocol culture,behavior culture,spiritual culture,security culture and the construction of a clean and honest administration,which has achieved effective results of orientation,concentration,motivation,discipline and promotion.
