| Abstract: | The article was aimed at promoting the construction of research-oriented hospital.The author mainly introduced the management innovation,the connotation of development model of research-oriented hospital.Additionnally,the constructing method and the pathway of research-oriented hospital for military general hospital were discussed,and some suggestions were put forward. |
