军队中小医院聘用医师管理对策

摘    要:
分析军队医院聘用制医师现状及管理中的问题,总结聘用医师综合能力偏低、培训机会较少、认同感和归属感需要加强、福利待遇需要改善等问题,提出加强人才引进、建立培训基地、针对不同层次进行侧重不同的培养、从四个方面改善福利待遇等对策。

Abstract:
The article summarized the problems in the management of employed physicians in military small-middle-scale military hospitals,including low comprehensive ability,less training opportunities,the sense of identity and belonging needs to strengthen,benefits need to be improved.The author also put forward some countermeasures to solve the above problems from the following aspects,which were bringing in talents,establishing training basis,implementing different training according to the levels,and improving the material benefits and salary.
